Kern Jaylon Keon Sandy

Kern Jaylon Keon Sandy is a love-him or hate-him kind of personality. Millions adore his quirkiness and down-to-earth style.
Kern did not start out his working life as a chef. Interestingly accountancy was Kern’s first profession and cooking was a passion on the side. After spending some time Kern focused on accounting, his love of cooking simply could not be ignored.
Kern’s first real cooking related job was at Rovannel’s where he worked as a sous chef and it was there he recognized that he was born to be a chef. Kern moved on and worked as the grill chef at the famous Seahorse Inn, Executive Chef at The Calypso Reef Restaurant and Bar,gaining valuable experience in the culinary world.
During these various opportunities, he still dabbled in the accounting arena and currently as life would have it, he enjoys the best of both as he now owns his own accountancy firm.
Kern admitted that he has had no formal culinary training and learnt to cook from his mother, and has been cooking on a regular basis ever since he left school.
Kern Sandy is just 28 years of age, Kern is young, ambitious and the sky is the limit for Him. Twenty Four (24) years of academia have moulded me into a critical thinker and has given me the unique ability of making rational decisions based on little or no information at all.
The different courses (both core and co-curricular) that I took while attending both primary and secondary school gave me excellent communication and leadership skills.
Addition I’m intrinsically motivated, flexible, versatile and able to maintain efficiency and a sense of diligence under pressure. I am disciplined, competent and also possess excellent team building skills.
Growing up around mature people has given me a very level head on my shoulders. It has thought me to be very responsible efficient and to be the well mannered person that I am.
I am an exceptional leader who is, and has been able to develop and motivate other youngster to achieve targets; I can demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects from conception through to successful completion. A proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, I perform effectively even with a highly pressurized working environment.
My objective is to gain knowledge and experience in the most effective manner able and professional way possible; by applying challenges in the working environment, one that also provides me with financial security and provides me with the opportunity to be a positive influence to society, whilst being an asset to JAS

Passionate about design in its myriad forms, Jimmy Damian Auguste is fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in many areas of concentration alongside seasoned professionals throughout the world.
Throughout Jimmy’s years of work experience in the fields, this has allowed him to develop a rather unique approach to solving interior design problems, one that encompasses a view to finding comprehensive unified solutions in all the work he has undertaken.
Jimmy is the kind of guy that makes unusually exotic cakes “you say it he makes it, he also a great chef.
The philosophy that Jimmy embraces stems from the belief that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well.
In projects, excellent communication between client and Advisor begins through the attentive listening to the clients stated needs, wants, and desires. The Advisor identifies the problems that need to be addressed in the project and begins to morph the functional solutions and aesthetic expression with the clients' vision into a final unifying concept.
The design solution should stress the preeminence of function, incorporate high quality workmanship, and deliver the superior aesthetic required in achieving client satisfaction in any given project.
Jimmy believes that every event undertaken is a learning process that he approaches with enthusiasm. Comfort, function, and style are high on his priority list, as is the client's taste and budget.
Jimmy believes that the process of events should be intelligent, creative, and fun for both his client and himself.
Bringing a special talent for mixing fabrics, textures, and color to projects, his work are often sophisticated, unique, traditional, and eclectic.
